Yoga Basics
Yoga Basics is designed as an introduction to yoga. Class is slower paced and focused on developing clear and safe alignment in the foundational poses of yoga. You will explore building a sustainable yoga practice and receive individualized attention as you gain flexibility, strength, and balance. Suitable for beginners.
Yoga Flow
In this Vinyasa Class we’ll synchronize breath with movement and build strength, balance, and flexibility evenly in the body. We will utilize sun salutations and poses you learned in Yoga Basics, weaving them into both simple and challenging creative yoga sequences, while maintaining a calm breath and steady mind. Not suitable for beginners.

Fierce & Focused

Fierce & Focused, a total body practice that is part yoga, part interval training and full out fun. In 45 minutes you can expect to challenge your body, boost your metabolism, build endurance, and surrender into sweet stretches at the end to balance it all out.

Perfect for the beginner in building strength and stamina. If you’re already a yoga practitioner then this class will bring a new challenge to your practice and create more strength in your yoga postures and flows.

Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga invites you to slow down and create space for stillness while nourishing joints, ligaments, tendons, and fascia. Class consists of passive poses done primarily on the floor. Poses are held from 3 to 5 minutes, with the support of yoga blankets, blocks, and bolsters for support.  Suitable for beginners.
Yoga for Stress Relief
Press the reset button. Take time to slow your mind + body down with a rest-full yoga practice. Release the physical and mental stress of your world and gift yourself with the chance to breathe deep and relax. This meditative class is appropriate for new and experienced students. Suitable for beginners.
