Below please find our schedule. You may also use our online reservation system to reserve your space in class or workshop, see who is teaching, and purchase class passes. If you've never taken a class with us, please arrive 15 minutes early to your first class to fill out a registration form. Click here to download and complete the registration form if you'd like. Many of our classes are rooted in the vinyasa (or flow) style of yoga, meaning the poses are linked together with the breath. It's a very fun and creative approach to yoga. The Level 1 and 2 classes can be quite vigorous and you may break a sweat! If you are attending these two classes you should be familiar with sun salutations. Please read below for additional details about the classes and make note of which classes are most suitable for beginners. Yoga Basics
– Welcome to the world of yoga, where breathing is the only requirement. People all shapes, sizes, age and gender can do yoga. In this class you'll build the basic foundation for your yoga practice. You'll learn the basics in a safe, nurturing, and thorough way. You will also receive individualized attention as you gain flexibility, strength, and balance. - is an advanced beginners yoga class geared toward students who have challenges to flexibility due to such causes as genetics, sports, aging, and long hours at a desk. With the generous use of props and pose modifications, we will flow through sun salutations, standing poses, seated postures, twists, backbends, and inversions with a focus on expanding and releasing the larger muscle groups. – Have you spent your morning in a long meeting or sitting at your desk staring at a computer? For this reason and others you may want to join us for Express Yoga. This one hour class is perfect for those with limited time and those wanting a healthier lunchtime alternative.
